Ordered 2 cloth diaper covers and trying to ditch disposable for good!
Okay I am very new to cloth diapers. When my daughter Aaralyn was about 8 months we were going to get gdiapers but after looking at their prices we just said forget it. it's just too expensive! so we just stuck with disposable diapers. Now she is 14 months old and recently I figured we should just try it with some of the cheapest cloth diapers out there and we decided on just 2 kawaii covers and 7 indian prefolds for now. I know, I know what you're thinking! 2!? How is that gonna last? Well I'd figure I wouldn't mind trying to keep up with cleaning them about everyday if needed and hopefully in time we can buy more and build up our stash! I really love that cloth diapering is environment friendly and cost less than disposable. Disposable diapers a month ago has taken about 20 diapers out of their boxes and are selling them at the same price that they are which is ridiculous if you ask me! that's 20 less diapers I could be using but hey cloth diapering I wouldn't have to worry about it at least I know my diapers are there and can be reused as many times as needed!

August 21 - 22 of 2013 equaled a bad day...almost!
- I got my period on August 21st early morning. Not a happy moment at all.
- 11:37am my fiance's mom came over so baby girl and I could go with her to little league. I forgot the stroller and was in a rush and accidently brushed her arm in the doorway. she cried of course but she was laughing a bit afterwards so I moved on.
- When we ordered our food/drinks we folded up the stroller. I had the diaper bag, stroller, and the baby and his mom had the drinks. When we got to the steps her hand shook bad enough and she dropped my pizza on the ground. The lady says pick it up and eat it. It's not gonna kill you but it had hair, dirt and mustard all over it. YUCK! thankfully when Bill took it back down they replaced it with a fresh pizza :)
- Aaralyn whined when we got in the stadium but then fell asleep for half an hour so that was a plus. Then she started waking up off and on so I took her down to see daddy and daddy sent me back up to get a dollar from his mom for a bomb pop. I told her what if it's more than a dollar and she said it should be a dollar. I got down there and it was 2 dollars so I went back up and her boyfriend bill said he'd pay the extra dollar to get it for Aaron. I was embarrassed when the girl told me it was 2 dollars ugh!
- Baby girl wouldn't stop fussing when we were in the stadium so at the top of the 3rd inning I decided it'd be best to just go down and walk around so she'd stop crying. I went to the picnic tables to watch the rest of the game and I breastfed her to quiet her down :) I was going to leave because she got even fussier but Frank (Aaron's coworker) and started talking to her and she quiet down until he left. After that I strapped her in the stroller and walked to daddy to talk again.
- Deb and Bill came down after the 5th of the bottom and we all walked down to the bus. We had to wait though because the game was tied 3-3. Baby girl wasn't having it though she was crying her poor lungs out and I let her play with my keys and the little league tag but it didn't work to well so after a few people got off the bus I breastfed her again and she fell asleep
- When we got off the bus finally we crossed the street. Deb said she was going to check the mail and I immidiately thought yeah I should too but guess what!? yepp no keys. I threw everything out of the diaper bag to see if it was in there and deb checked her purse not in there either. So obviously it was on the bus and yeah I cried. I guess you can say that ever since my pregnancy and having a period my hormones have never been quite the same. Although I shouldn't be that emotional being 21 and all. I acted like a child I suppose. So I had to use her phone to call my mom. Mom picked up after it went to voicemail and I was trying not to cry. She had to wake dad up so he could pick me up. Surprisingly he said nothing about it, wasn't even yelling! :)
- I fell asleep in the guest room with aaralyn for 3 hours or so and when Aaron came I realized my pants we soak. Welp my tampon didn't hold and I leaked through. Ugh! just my luck.
- Aaron and I fought a bit since I was still quite upset over leaving my keys on the bus and I guess it didn't help that he had just got off an almost 12 hour shift so he was tired.
- Apparently Deb along with Bill and Aaron were calling down to the bus station to see if they found my keys. Nope, nothing. Figures.
- Well Deb came over and she was still trying to figure out where my keys had gone and asked if I was sure I had it. well duh I let Aaralyn play with it the whole time. I would remember unlatching the top cause she was pointing at it while I was doing it. Well then after a bit she left. A few minutes later she knocked on the door again and said my keys were found! :D yay! so now I am just waiting for the keys to be returned to me after Aaron and Deb and Bill get back from little league tonight!

1st John Deere inspired birthday party (15 days away!)
Preview! It's a john deere party :) I lined the envelopes with john deere bandana print and ordered the invites online that I also printed. I handmade the whole banner, handmade the little tractors, ones, and the happy birthdays. It wasn't too easy but well worth it! I have yet to put the 1's, tractors and happy birthdays on a stick though and I have yet to hole punch and ribbon the banners together. But I can say most of it will be done. Last minute and I do mean LAST MINUTE things will be buying the mason jars, adding soil in it for the centerpieces, and putting sunflower stickers on it too. I will be ordering the edible cake image next week and ordering the blowouts for the party favors. I'll be making homemade playdough too adding food coloring in it. I'll be making her smash cake with the john deere logo on top with 100% natural food coloring (spinach and beets lol) I'm even buying crazy straws to put in the favor bags. I'm hoping Aaralyn's 1st party will be a success. Welp I guess we will just have to wait and see in 15 days!

July 9th 2013
Just laid baby girl down in her crib. It is now 2:36am and although I would like to go to bed right this moment I can't. Today I won't be getting much sleep at all. Construction workers or whatever will be coming into our apartment to replace cupboards at 8am-4pm. Poor baby girl won't even be getting much sleep herself so I hope she doesn't wake up before then or I am gonna have a very cranky baby on my hands! Well wish me some luck...

My dear daughter turned 10 months old. I honestly don't know how 10 months even goes by that quickly! I should of cherished those days more. She's growing up way too fast for mommy. I only got two months. TWO! until she is officially a year old and a toddler. It's unbelievable to me.
All her Milestones she has accomplished/reached so far
No need to grow up any faster than she already is.
All her Milestones she has accomplished/reached so far
- Says Mama, Mommy, and Mom
- Occasionally says Dada and rarely says Dad
- Crawls all over the place
- Brings herself to a standing position with the support of a couch, basket, or bed
- Fake laughs
- Sits up all the time
- Wakes up daddy or me by slapping/patting up and saying 'ahh'
- She has 4 teeth in and I believe no. 5 is coming in soon
- Wears size 5 diaper
- Can self feed by picking up cheetos (lil crunchies), and anything else stick form, circle form
- Scrunches up her face
- Chews some foods
- Blows raspberries
- Sticks her tongue out
- Is ticklish now
No need to grow up any faster than she already is.

Lately there's been a lack of sleep for baby and me
Two days ago I was trying to put my baby girl to sleep but she refused. Now I have been having problems with her sleeping through the night for 2-3 weeks but these past days it's to the point to where I have reached my breaking point and feel like I am at rock bottom. Anyways she wouldn't go to sleep and I thought hey maybe I'll just give her a bottle while she lays down. Maybe she'll calm down and fall asleep like she use to before she started refusing a bottle. I don't know what I was thinking though because it had to be the worst thing I've done. When she realized what I had given her she took the bottle out of her mouth, threw it, and gave me this horrid scream like someone was killing her. It kinda hurt my feelings since I hand expressed an ounce of milk. I guess I shouldn't of expected it to go anywhere. We did finally get her to sleep at 5:30am though.
Last night putting her to bed was easy, she fell asleep at 11pm but it didn't last long. She woke up at 1am and didn't go back to bed until 6:30am. I'm trying to figure out what I can do to make her sleep at night but she is just the most stubbornest child ever and seems to only want to sleep the longest in the morning. As of 3:13pm she's playing with her toys. She woke up at 12ish in the morning and I decided to put her back to sleep but she woke up again in just an hour. So tonight I'm hoping she will go to sleep easier. Mommy needs a good nights rest and so does baby girl. This whole not sleeping thing is getting ridiculous especially with her being 9 months and all.

Happy Father's Day Daddy
and to my father as well.
I appreciate and love you both.
Anyways 2 days ago my fiance bought limburger cheese and jewish rye bread for my dad and if we go anywhere today before 530pm I'm sure he'll love it. It's not much but it is his favorite kind of food! Maybe I'll be able to make a card for him too on this special day.
Daddy (fiance) received his card from Ariebug and me today and he loved it! It's homemade. It's a keeper :)

3 Teeth coming in :)
With a baby who crawls all the time now and likes to get into things she/he shouldn't it's kinda hard to keep track. So every once in a while it'll become dead silence and they end up putting something in their mouth they're not suppose to. Well tonight is exactly what that was. My baby girl Aaralyn had put a AA battery in her mouth. She had shaken a bag lose in a box that was on the floor and so I guess the battery fell out and she put it in her mouth. I took it out of her mouth forcefully of course because she doesn't like to open her mouth when something's in it and I felt something. I immediately thought "Omg is that a tooth!?" I kept feeling for it in disbelief and then later on I actually seen it and I just forgot about the battery incident and said "why didn't you tell me you had a tooth coming in on the bottom. She just laughed. I'm so exited that she has 3 teeth coming in now almost all at once too! This makes me one happy mama even though it means I no longer get to see that toothless grin of hers.

To pappy and grammy's house we go
Last night we decided to head over to Pappy & Grammy Bower's house to get a bit of laundry done. An alright night for sure because I got to see my nephew Dylan for the second time.
Aaron didn't even refuse to hold my nephew! Which surprises me by a lot! I just love how babies make everything that much better :) Kinda makes me wish I had another one myself haha but we're not ready for that just yet!

Introduction
Okay so this is my little family. It may not be the best picture but it's basically the only one I have of all 3 of us. I met Aaron July 4th 2007 and we've been together since April 24th 2009. I got engaged March 7th 2013. We have a beautiful baby girl named Aaralyn. She is currently 9 months old and her personality is developing more and more each day. Yes, I am a stay at home mom and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I love it! Soooo enjoy!
