toddler meal

Breakfast

  • breast milk
  • 1/2 of cheerios
  • 1/3 cup of fruit
  • 1/2 toast with butter or jelly

Snack

  • 4 crackers
  • cheese
  • water

Lunch

  • 1/2 sandwich with a slice of meat
  • a vegetable 
  • small oatmeal or coconut cookie
  • water

Snack

  • 1/2 sliced apple
  • 1/2 cup of juice

Dinner

  • Meat (2 oz) (2 oz is about the size of your child’s palm.)
  • Vegetable (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/3 cup of rice
  • breast milk
